STAMP SPOTLIGHT

At STAMP nothing makes us prouder than watching extraordinary people grow into extraordinary leaders—and few embody that better than Victoria Lee.

Victoria began her journey with STAMP as an intern from 2012–2014, bringing curiosity, drive, and a deep sense of purpose to every project she touched. Since then, she has built a remarkable career across corporate events, civic engagement, and community-centered leadership—serving as a State Committee Member for Assembly District 65, lending her voice to multiple boards, and becoming a trusted connector across sectors.

But her most defining chapter is
Welcome to Chinatown, the organization she founded at the height of the pandemic to uplift local businesses and preserve the cultural fabric of Manhattan’s Chinatown. Five years later, WtC has become a nationally recognized model for community revitalization, economic empowerment, and storytelling with heart.

We’ve had the honor of partnering with Victoria and WtC on their
gala celebrations—bringing her vision to life with the same spirit of resilience, creativity, and pride that fuels their mission.

Victoria’s leadership reminds us what happens when talent, purpose, and community come together. Watching her rise—and getting to collaborate all over again—has been one of the greatest full-circle joys in STAMP’s story.

STAMP was proud to helm Production and Design for the grand opening of Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center’s Melchiorre Cancer Center—a building created for healing, and a night built to honor the people who made it possible. The celebration opened with a tented ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring a dynamic speaker program and video elements before guests journeyed inside to experience the new space. Once inside, STAMP transformed the facility into an immersive exploration of care, wellness, and community. Guests encountered an architectural photo backdrop inspired by the building’s calming palette, an educational display highlighting the groundbreaking LINAC technology, and specialty food moments woven throughout the evening. Two custom activations anchored the experience: Threads of Connection, a participatory art piece created with colorful yarn representing different cancer journeys, and a Design-Your-Own Aromatherapy Bar offering personalized essential oil blends. Everyone departed with a lavender grow kit—a living reminder of the night and the memories we built together.

When Rocky hit Broadway, STAMP brought the fight to the after-party—literally. We transformed the celebration into an interactive experience with a custom boxing-ring photo booth where guests, including Sylvester Stallone himself, stepped in to throw jabs, strike poses, and channel their inner champ. The activation was a knockout example of how STAMP turns brand moments into guest experiences that are bold, memorable, and shareable.
