At STAMP nothing makes us prouder than watching extraordinary people grow into extraordinary leaders—and few embody that better than Victoria Lee. Victoria began her journey with STAMP as an intern from 2012–2014, bringing curiosity, drive, and a deep sense of purpose to every project she touched. Since then, she has built a remarkable career across corporate events, civic engagement, and community-centered leadership—serving as a State Committee Member for Assembly District 65, lending her voice to multiple boards, and becoming a trusted connector across sectors. But her most defining chapter is Welcome to Chinatown , the organization she founded at the height of the pandemic to uplift local businesses and preserve the cultural fabric of Manhattan’s Chinatown. Five years later, WtC has become a nationally recognized model for community revitalization, economic empowerment, and storytelling with heart. We’ve had the honor of partnering with Victoria and WtC on their gala celebrations —bringing her vision to life with the same spirit of resilience, creativity, and pride that fuels their mission. Victoria’s leadership reminds us what happens when talent, purpose, and community come together. Watching her rise—and getting to collaborate all over again—has been one of the greatest full-circle joys in STAMP’s story.
