STAMP Event Co. continued its long-standing partnership with City Harvest, taking charge of guest management for the organization's 40th Anniversary Gala. The primary objective was to provide premium guest services for attendees, focusing on detailed  guest communications, check-in, seating, and tracking of donor and sponsor benefits.



CHALLENGES 

  • Manage real-time collaboration with City Harvest for optimal fundraising opportunities and donor engagement

APPROACH

 

Real-time Collaboration:

  • Implemented STAMP’s proprietary guest management system to complement City Harvests’ existing system and support their in-house fundraising team. 
  • Led strategy meetings to refine and adjust to staff and donor needs


Guest Communications and Data Management:

  • Handled all guest communications, providing detailed information six weeks before the event
  • Manage guest data for precise check-in, seating arrangements, and personalized experiences
  • Implemented a digital platform for easy and secure data exchange between STAMP and City Harvest


Tracking and Fulfillment:

  • Established a meticulous tracking system for donor and sponsor benefits, ensuring each commitment was fulfilled seamlessly
  • Monitored and reported on the impact of donations, creating a transparent and accountable process



RESULTS 


  • Provided essential fundraising administration, resulting in enough funds to provide for more than 9.6 million meals to New Yorkers in need
